Beach Overview of the beaches at the Westcoast of Maui from the north to the south:

Kahakuloa Bay:
A lot of pebble stones are lying at the beach of the Kahakuloa Bay. No public beach access to the Kahakuloa Bay is available (as at: September 2011).

Mokuleia Bay:
A small rocky beach is located at the Mokuleia Bay. A short trail leads from the small unpaved parking lot to the beach. Restrooms are provided at the parking lot. Parking space is extremely limited. No entrance fee and no parking fee is charged at the Mokuleia Bay (as at: September 2011).

Fleming Beach Park:
The Fleming Beach Park is one of the best beaches in Maui and in Hawaii. Small pieces of wood are lying in the sand. Lifeguards, grills, showers and restrooms are provided at the Fleming Beach Park. The parking lot at this popular beach is pretty small. Parking space is extremely limited! No parking fee and no entrance fee is charged at the Fleming Beach Park (as at: September 2011).

Honokowai Beach Park:
A lot of rocks are situated at the shoreline of the Honokowai Beach Park. A playground, grills, tables, restrooms and showers are provided at this beach. The parking lot is rather small. No entrance fee and no parking fee is charged at the Honokawai Beach Park (as at: September 2011).

Honoapiilani Park:
A playground, grills, tables, showers and restrooms are provided at the  Honoapiilani Park. A few rocks are located at the shoreline of the Honoapiilani Park. No entrance fee and no parking fee is charged at this beach (as at: September 2011).

Kahekili Beach Park:
One of Mauis and Hawaiis best beaches is located at the Kahekili Beach Park. The Kahekili Beach Park is also known as Airport Beach. The part of the beach, which is situated next to the parking lot resp. the northern part of the beach is well known as a good snorkeling spot. A lot of corals are located close to the beach.
No corals are situated at the southern part of the Kahekili Beach. Therefore, the southern beach area is a nice place for swimming. The Kahekili Beach Park is located next to the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas. Showers, restrooms, grills, benches and a large parking lot are provided at the Kahekili Beach Park. No entrance fee and no parking fee is charged at this beach (as at: September 2011).

Kaanapali Beach at the Kaanapali Beach Hotel:
The Kaanapali Beach is one of the best beaches in Maui and in Hawaii. This beach area is located next to the Kaanapali Beach Hotel. Showers are provided at the Kaanapali Beach. Restrooms, beach towels and parking space (Parking fee of $10.- per day) are only provided for hotel guests of the Kaanapali Beach Hotel (as at: September 2011).

Kaanapali Beach at the Whalers Village:
The Kaanapali Beach is one of the best beaches in Maui and in Hawaii. This beach area is located next to the shopping mal Whalers Village. Showers are provided at the Kaanapali Beach. Restrooms and parking space (parking fee) are provided at the Whalers Village (as at: September 2011).
