Beach Ranking 2011 - Best beaches of the USA:
The Beachranking of BeachUSA.info lists the top 10 beaches of the USA. Every year, we create a ranking of the best beaches of the USA.

1. Kailua Beach Park (Oahu), Hawaii
The  winner  of  the  2011  Beach Ranking is the beach at the Kailua Beach Park at the island of Oahu. For the third time in a row, Americas Best Beach is located in Hawaii. Kailua Beach Park is situated at the southeastern coast of Oahu. From Honolulu, it is just a short drive to get to the leveled beach at the Kailua Beach Park. The blue ocean water has a pleasant temperature and nice waves. (ranked: America’s Best Beach 2011).

2.Anna Maria Island Beach, Florida
The Anna Maria Island Beach is located south of the city of St. Petersburg. The beautiful sandy beach at  Anna Maria Island consists of white leveled sand. No big hotels are situated at the Anna Maria Island and the beach are not as crowded as in other parts of Florida.

3. Fort de Soto Park (North Beach), Florida
Fort de Soto Park with its lovely North Beach is situated south of St. Petersburg There is a fascinating very fine white sandy beach at the North Beach of the Fort de Soto Park.

4. Southampton Beach at Road D (Southampton), New York
The beach at the Road D  is situated in the city of Southampton, at the eastern part of Long Island. This Beach consists of white sand. The waves are leveled at this lovely Beach.

5. Waikiki Beach (Oahu), Hawaii
In 2009, Waikiki Beach was the number one beach of our Beachranking. Waikiki Beach is probably the most visited beach  of  Hawaii. The beach at Waikiki Beach is a real dreambeach with some palm trees. The blue ocean water has a pleasant temperature and tiny waves. In 2010 and 2011, Waikiki Beach became an other good position at our annual Beachranking.

6. White Crest Beach (Cape Cod NS), Massachusetts
There are various beautiful beaches at Cape Cod. The scenic White Crest Beach is located at the Cape Cod National Seashore. White Crest Beach  is a popular  and beautiful beach.

7. Sand Key Park (St. Petersburg), Florida
Sand Key Park  is  situated  at  Floridas  beautiful Gulfcoast. Because of it’s fine white sand  and the nice waves, the beach at Sand Key Park archieves the second place at the 2010 Beach Ranking. Although the beach at Sand Key Park became second at the 2010 Beach Ranking of the best beaches of the USA, the beach at Sand Key Park is the best beach of Florida (in 2010).

8. Ocracoke Island Beach (Cape Hatteras NS), North Carolina
The Ocracoke Island Beach is part of the North Carolina Cape Hatteras National Seashore. The beach is located at the Ocracoke Island and can only be visited with a ferry. During the weekends and holidays, expect delays at the ferry to the Ocracoke Island.

9. Zuma Beach (Malibu), Kalifornien
Zuma Beach is a popular beach situated in the city of Malibu. Various television productions were filmed at the picturesque Zuma Beach.

10. Folly Beach, South Carolina
The popular Folly Beach is located south of the city of Charleston. The beach at the Atlantic Coast at Folly Beach is a nice sandy beach.
